Information, administration and record-keeping systems
We help organisations organise the information and processes that matter to their operations. We design data access around user roles and the work people actually do.
Records people can work with
The need for a system often becomes clear when data is scattered across files and emails. We define what to record, who can make changes and how people find information later.
Depending on the project, the system may include documents, contracts, change history, filters, exports or connections to other tools.
Questions we ask when designing
- which records matter
- who creates and approves them
- which data comes from elsewhere
- what needs to be found later
Information systems in practice
ČMBS uses administration for its member and club register and other association work. České hřbitovy combines public maps with municipal records of burial plots.
Can existing records be migrated?
That depends on the format and quality of the source data. We assess migration during the design phase.
